Nah, won't be stopped by the SEC. You know how many scams there are on the OTC?? The SEC has much bigger fish to fry considering the low float here, and the non dilution to this point.

Yes, Gifa has been deceptive.
Yes, Gifa has lied.
Yes, Gifa had up websites offering services that don't exist.
Yes, Gifa allowed their business license to lapse.
Yes, Gifa has not posted financials.

At least the websites are down.
And the business license is renewed.

It's really not all that bad, all things considering.
