Exactly! At $.0002 the company is valued at $600k. Subtract out the valuation for its tiny well in Texas...and you're under half a million dollars.

And yet all of these expensive lawsuits HAD to be at least a million bucks. Where did ERHC get the money?

Either from Offor...which means that Offor is not diluted to oblivion, or Total...which means Total is interested enough in Block 4 to assist ERHC.
