Possible new scam technique. Emergent may be using the court filings to run P&D with ETEK. They didn't finish paying court fees and the TA reported the OS has grown since they filed for custodianship. The hearing is rescheduled, possibly because they deliberately did not pay.
Hard to believe they can't afford $47.
Wait and see I guess.
