Rick,

As a new investor I am seeing a lot of speculation as to whether you will be doing a reverse merger in the near future. While I am sure it is impossible to comment or give any information at this time regarding anything known or unknown on that subject, could you maybe clear something up for me?

1. You have not closed MOU yet, correct?

2. Since you have leased property already for the purpose of progressing in the BioDiesel industry, are you near to closing the MOU, or are we still quite a while away from that?

I would like to clear this up as people tend to spam about news all the time -- and I would love to keep things clean for me and many others who believe in your company.
