He said on the last CC he doesn't plan on selling ANY time soon.

Even emphasized the word "ANY" on the CC.

He's in this until $1 plus or the equivalent of $1 plus after the merger.

Keep in mind that with two of these options Nasrat may not sell his shares and watch ELTP continue to GROW bigger.
