It’s seems to me as if - the AS was raised in order to give Pure Roots & Foundation Farms shares. Since they are 2 different companies - they may have decided to go public together for more strength. Through GMEV. Already having the connection to GRS0 - and a proven product that works. They are getting ready to go public... IMO - pretty sweet cause GMEV - could already have 2 profitable companies instantly
