Interesting article with no mention of once-partner Lightbridge. From the article, it says: "Framatome is using
"silicon carbide composite rather than the current zirconium alloys."

Zirconium alloy is what LTBR uses in its rods.

Do you know if LTBRs patent covers the rod, or the material it's made of, or just the twisted shape, or all variations?

Do we know if Framatome's rod is borrowing/stealing from LTBRs patent?

Is this why LTBR and Framatome broke up?

Article doesn't mention anything, but is it possible Framatome would be paying LTBR a royalty? Or is Framatome getting around the patent by using silicon carbide?

So many questions and so troubling there is little transparency. I've long worried that after all of this time some bigger fish is just going to swim by and just take the idea for themselves. I hope that is not what has happened. And if it is, I hope LTBR can defend itself in the courts.
