Don’t get me wrong. I’m hopeful that this isn’t the case here and that the symbol change to LFL and the merger goes thru. But the longer they go without any news from the Berends updating shareholders the more apparent it is that it’s just another Conrad Huss P&D. Legitimate companies go public thru legitimate means. None of the RM bullshit. Again REAL Companies go public thru legitimate means. Especially ones that produce real products that earn revenue. All of which is still missing in this equation.
