Clearly a mistaken ticker symbol but the OTC link Milton provided is correct for SUTI's "sister ticker" PBHG-- both of which Eddie has stated are involved in his latest marijuana scam in Oklahoma.

However, your repeated assertions that PBHG is "current" are highly misleading. Both SUTI and PBHG are identified as "active" corporations in Wyoming as follows--

Status: "Active" (This entity has met all filing requirements of the Secretary of State's Office)

>>Sub Status<<: "Current" (If the entity is "Active" and "Current," then the entity has continued to meet all filing requirements of the Secretary of State's Office).

Note: Those "filing requirements" are minimal at best and consist of submitting a one page annual report identifying an officer and mailing address and paying a $50 fee. The only other requirement is to engage a registered agent in that state to submit the above document. This info does nothing but confirm the entity is an active corporation-- not that it has provided any disclosures or other transparency that benefits investors.

WHEREAS the term "current" as commonly used here refers to a ticker being current with OTC which neither ticker is. In fact both are delinquent in ALL such filings by roughly 5 years.

If you persist in claiming that these tickers are "current" (more accurately "SUB status") you need to clearly state that it is true ONLY regarding the Wyoming SOS and NOT OTC.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
