Your last sentence, yes as my posts show I agree whole heartedly.
Beside just knowing the world and how it works and how it can be when large sums are involved, very large sums.
But also just from the nosnese and millions, probably by the time it is over 10's of millions being spent by the big companies now lobbying heavy in the states that have laws that say "autoinjector" and lawmakers are trying to get them reworded so that Symjepi can be sold/used in schools, state agencies etc.
Even though it is cheaper the states cannot use them the schools in those states cannot have them etc. Because of that one word, some states have changed it, and many more will but it shouldn't be that way but they are protecting billions.
Also the day Symjepi got approved that POS generic company had bought up every url with a name near Symjepi and set up pages redirecting them to their site and it took lawsuits and ended with we won't sue you, you don't sue us, when the other companies were at fault but had the money to sue ADMP for BS reasons because they knew we couldn't and did not want to fight them due to time and money.
That held us up for 6 months, and everyone at the time blaming the CEO and Sandoz because they just wanted someone to blame.
None of those companies who are higher priced (much higher) competitors of Symjepi and Zhimi wanted/want and are fighting tooth and nail in public and behind closed doors and IMHO I have said it before someone in the FDA is getting an envelope somewhere.
And in the states where the fights are being made to change the wording to remove autoinjector or add injection etc. someone is getting paid in those states and donations made to campaigns etc. politics is a dirty slimey business when you get down to it with very, very few actually really getting into it for the good of the people.
Never has been never will be no matter the country or the time in history past or future unfortunately but government is a necessary evil.
