Tjak, this is the first time you have sent me a post and it surprises me that someone who has remained so positive on the stock would want to consider selling here...
Personally, I am not selling. Certainly not at this pps. I have enough faith in the company and the powers that be to think they can pull this out of the fire and get the share price into dollarland, again.
I don't know what tricks they have under their sleeves. Don't know what they will be announcing, but with the proper guidance, there are many things that can be done to improve share price while awaiting revenues. For one thing, boost investor confidence.
How?
How about following through with AT LEAST one promised committment?
Come December 15th, they absolutely MUST see to it that we receive the divvy and don't blame a hold-up with the transfer agent not being duly notified in time or some other bullsh*t excuse.
Secondly, they MUST address the JB 33 Million share bonus issue. They have alluded to this one with e-mail replies that they are "looking into the situation", etc., but still nothing has been done.These shares must be eliminated and the O/S count, even though it involves 33M shares ostensibly all "restricted" for two years, I don't buy that for a minute. If they want to see renewed investor faith, give back those shares JB. You don't deserve to profit 2500%+ while we lose 90%+. No way. You have stated privately in an e-mail that you have PERSONALLY spent half of the value of the 33M shares in the company. That amounts to $23.l Million. You have ZERO documentation for stating such an incredible statement, and if you wish to hold onto your shares, prove irrefutably that you have personally spent $23.1 Million. Where are the receipts? Where's the documentation? Oh, by the way, I have seen what your house for sale looks like, it doesn't come close to that kind of cash.Lem posted it on I-Hub for all to see.
What else will boost investor confidence?
Quit the dilution and incessant selling of shares.
In answer to your question, no, I will not sell here. I am waiting for dollarland.
