February 21--It was sunny all day, expected. It was cold all day, as expected. It was windy all day, as expected. I checked the greenhouse. Some lettuce plants are ready for transplanting, but the cabbages look weak. I will probably have to buy starts for transplanting in early March.

It will warm up a bit from sub freezing lows Saturday and Sunday. Then rain again. Then cold again for the upcoming weekend. March may or may not show much improvement in conditions.

I think the problem with the greenhouse is it's not receiving enough hours of direct sun. This will change as the days get longer and the sun across at a higher angle.
