$ACCR Right now, I have 2 options:

1) Pay MONEY to an attorney, and for the executed ATTORNEY LETTER, but I need 3,000.00 wired to me to get this letter signed! I have the WIRE INSTRUCTTIONS, and he completed the ATTORNEY LETTER.....I owe him this money in 1 week!

TO GET PINK CURRENT,,,,ACCR needs 2 disclosure statements for 2018 and 2019 annual report disclosures, and also the ATTORNEY LETTER....got it. I need time to get PINK CURRENT.

2) Cancel 7,500,000 of my restricted shares, and file an S8 or something, not sure because of that stupid FRAUD FORM 15 that was filed, which we didn't qualify to begin with! I dunno if a REG A, once I cancel my stock....again, so there is no dilution, just the FLOAT would go up....is that OK?

I mean, it is like me being put NAKED in a GIRLS LOCKER ROOM at JC PENNEY!!!!

Holy Mackeral, I would feel like I do not belong.....Now you know how I feel about ACCR. We do not belong DE-REGISTERED but current reporting. We had more than 300 shareholders in 2007, and that filing is DISQUALIFIED!!!!! Bring me an attorney to agree.

ACCR has to file a new FORM 10 says the SEC or has to get 2 years of AUDITED FINANCIALS.....because the 10k has all the other sections except that and the PCAOB letter which I will not have for another 2 years. I've had all these discussions with THE SEC!

All I do is fight for ACCR. Until my death---->you will never pry away shares that will hurt ACCR. Won't happen.....someone could do anything they want in here....because ACCR has a MM!!!!!
