I’m in agreement on the economic side of big debt and low interest rates at some point going to spur inflation or something that will eventually lead to structural deterioration but there has been no check to the heavy leverage thus far in this over-decade long equities feast.

I already have an abysmal mngmnt team company I’m eyeing on the cheap outside commodities arena so will pass on CDE for now since I don’t want concentration in bad management. Thx again for the tie in, have fun at the lakes. Hope all are healthy and happy.
