$ACCR FINRA is the police, and I just spent 2 months with BACK and FORTH EMAILS.....ACCR IS CLEAN.....DA POLICED ANALYZED EVERYTHING

If I sign this JV.....which I have announced......then I will stipulate that he cannot SELL THE SHARES....I will trust him with 6,000,000 shares and then I will announce who it is.

I am negotiating a JV with another publicly traded CEO....my SECRET....and this I already disclosed to the SEC. QUESTION....he wants a 6,000,000 block of "free trading" stock of ACCR, and he says that he will help get us CURRENT TRADING in ACCR at OTC Markets--->no guarantee, just help. So, I am at first thinking this is GARBAGE of a deal.

This was the CEO of a +$100mln Company whom I have known since October 2019.

NOTHING SIGNED just talking and texting ---->NO NAMES but I have the texts to show them if someone ASKS ME for them. I almost got it done, put we could not agree on common ground, so I will keep trying....lol.

I want everyone to know that I am in much pain today....I don't trade my stock....so I think the volume speaks for itself. No comment on SHARE PRICE....just thank you for someone who is believing in me. I saw THREE TIMES today a bid around $.0047 for 2.5MM shares of the Company.

I have not been contact by FINRA, the SEC, nor anyone else. SOME ONE is almost done....as a FIXED SUPPLY FLOAT COMPANY of only as of right now.....because I have not signed anything YET!!!!!

FLOAT LESS THAN 98,246,146 shares = that is the WHOLE COMPANY ---->>>> NO MORE.

I was happy to see that $10,000 in volume BUYER SNOOPING AROUND.....CSTI...was short 2,000,000 ACCR in August 2019 FINRA reporting, and then they disappeared, and someone in OCTOBER 2019 filed a CUSTOMER UNSOLICITED FORM with OTC Markets. We here months ago already discussed this FORM, and it being the reason. My beloved DD board kept betting that ACCR was a mistake to be PINK CURRENT....some did not know about the newly created EXPERT MARKET....well...I believe ACCR is only stock out that group of 9 on October 18, 2019.....WE BUSTED OUT OF THE GATE.....BAMM!!! VOLUME is cool.....and I already 8K'd it.....and even spoke to my SEC section chief about this in DECEMBER 2019......how people are calling me a scam, and he said...."if we were we would have from them weeks ago."........we talked how ACCR has no money at the moment.....calm down. FOCUS.

Access-Power, Inc. has a Market Maker behind it. I see the Market Makers in da pit electronically on LEVEL 2....NITE, CSTI, GTSM, CDEL, ETRF.....every day, we have MARKET MAKERs in the pit, and I assure the markets that everything is OK.....no panic here......my hand is STEADY

I just thought that if I brought the dude on board, and he helped ACCR go current for free it AND this would be good for SHAREHOLDER VALUE....but I am working on getting that STOP SIGN REMOVED........and a bigger bomb shell....which is why when I see BIG VOLUME.....I must stop by and it is my fiduciary responsibility to bestow CALM in the market place...

And back to the financials, I know that HRBLOCK is not PCAOB. I never said they were. SHOW ME WHERE I SAID THAT. NO WHERE!!!!! I SAID the nice lady of HR Block audited our bank records and did our efile taxes for $450.00. FACTS!

IT CLEARLY says accounting/auditor. HR BLOCK is accounting that efiled our Company taxes. But I guess some people got confused, so I have to clear the air....arrrgh, I dislike texting because everything gets misconstrued, and I also have to explain everything. Well, one thing I do not have to explain is ACCR, because I gave FINRA everything over the last 2 months ending DECEMBER was the last time I spoke with them, or heard from any REG SEC/FINRA I am not implying that HR BLOCK is PCAOB---> I told the SEC it would take me 2 years to get AUDITED FINANCIALS...but there isn't an AUDITING FIRM OUT there that will take me with no TAX RETURN EVER FILED!!!! Won't happen. I told the SEC this would take 2 years + to get all worked out, and he said "FINE!"

Listen guys, there is no charter to revoke. ACCR is a comeback story, and short of someone trusting me, and handing me an ADVANCE or a PERSONAL LOAN to me, based on my FICO....and I'll pay you back in 6 months.....then this is going to take more time. I saw that buyer today POP IN 3 times....about 2,500,000 shares came in to BUY ----I SAW IT. The seller did not have the volume to sell, or walked away. One of the 2 happened. WE are fixed supply. I have not signed anything as of right now....and I will not sign anything today.
