Copy that DL- Death spiral notes and I'm pretty sure the company has been selling shares and counting it as "revenue".

If the previous A/S of 3 billion shares were tallied against the share issuances payable by convertible death spiral debt, I'd bet half of that 3 billion was legitimately payable by notes and the other half by the company dumping.

The math won't lie, that's for sure.
