Dilution on OTCs stocks in general takes place at a massive share volume levels like Millions of shares!, VTNLs OS is about 48M, hardly any shares to dilute or throw it away for cheap price, if it happens it will be at higher price!..

Secondly, the Note Seller will be an idiot to sell now, when they could have done when vtnl was less than half a cent so there was huge opportunity to convert shares!!... so why are the note sellers are selling at a price around 0.02, is it profitable??..

Just my views!, any clarification is wellcome!
