Dioblo, no real argument with you there. I too want reasonable updates and agree, we should get them. I just don't want the stuff that happened with the Hardeman. I think Tom handled that one just fine. The PR came when it needed to and it came immediately.

OT: I'm no expert here, but on land, I don't think you can directional under someone else's lease/property. Again, I could be wrong on this. But the mineral right go with the property. I think you can directional, but you would have to stop at the lease boundary. If a pocket extends under both, I think you are correct, you can drain it from your drill on your lease. That would be normal. But I don't think you can drill past the lease boundary. Just some thoughts.
