I have said in the past that I AM THE REASON. These dumb sellers know they're losing the trades, but they don't care. They just do it to antagonize me. And I take advantage. Surprisingly, few have noticed the opportunity.... could return a thousand percent and still be worth it...it would only mean $9 million market cap. That will still be a tiny fraction of the NY plant at $57 million appraisal.
