Some PRs that QMC has NOT put out:

1) Above ground construction in India has started.
2) They have ever attempted to make a R2R solar cell, let alone successfully done it.
3) The agreement with Amtron that they have not disclosed looks anything like the agreement with Amtronics that they did disclose.
4) Information about the results of operations for the past two quarters that would normally be disclosed in From NT 10-Q if you can't file on time.
5) The name of even a single potential customer that is interested in either AC or Rec.2020 QDs - despite teasing the possibility in December.
6) How close they are to having a commercial-ready AC product.
7) Any specs whatsoever on their QDSC or the specifics of any development work that has actually been done.
8) That they have ever run the reactor under sustained commercial volumes.
9) That they have received any cash from India other than the first $500K
