The Expert Market is a private market to serve broker-dealer pricing and best execution needs in securities that are restricted from public quoting or trading. Bottom Line: They are Grey, but trade better than 'regular' Grey's. The only real difference between the Grey and Expert Markets is that trades on the Expert Market can be executed electronically,
while trades on the Grey Market must be executed over the phone by the MM. With the stocks I have traded that went to the Expert Market it was easier to buy and sell is my experience...GL
