I have zero confidence that ARYC has the depth of knowledge to comply fully and correctly with the SEC.

But I don’t think Mark is worried about that, because he wants to quietly delist ARYC under the Form 15 cloak.

One other thing: there is zero proof that ARYC’S attorney - they don’t have one - is a former SEC attorney.
