Common sense dictates that it is not dilution but could be wrong. That's why they are bravely updating the SS on OTC and there is no change in SS.

However, looking closely it feels like a deliberate effort by management to let some insider get out. Most likely those restricted shares are being sold and there are a lot of those shares - 397,065,000 a/o 2/7/20. It will take quite some time to unload all of them if that is what they choose to do and the pps can easily go down a lot even from here. Could be in trips in one day.

Better to watch from the sidelines until the dust settles.
