you don't have to pay to see filings on nevada site. they are all made public. if you want a copy, you pay. but, you don't have to pay to see the actual action or amendment. there is no amendment filed. they may have submitted the paperwork at one time and never fully filed it. and regardless of what is "filed" with the state, you have to request the split approval from fnra. they have not done any of those things. tomorrow's splits have already been posted to fnra sight, and uneq is not on the list. period.
