Any day now we could see a PR come out saying they got the grading permit for Brentwood and everything is finalized for them to start constructing and selling. I relistened to part of the podcast last night and the CEO threw out the end of January as when they expected to get it, but the ball is in the city’s court with that.

Trust me, I hate all these delays, but I still believe they are working hard behind the scenes to finally get this train moving full steam ahead.
