Yes, look at the past one-year chart: the investors who bought Hundreds Of Millions shares of ACTL at 0.0002 just held their shares for only a Single day then they dumped all of them at 0.0001 to lose 50% principals! Which had already happened Twice --- in this January and also in last May! Now we might see the Third one happen as soon as today based on yesterday's initial large sell-off... Which means 200M ~ 150M or more shares will be dumped at 0.0001 again!

Anyway we do need very strong Slapping actions at the 0.0003 ask! Otherwise more and more shareholders will dump ACTL at 0.0001 ~ 0.0002...
