"Calendar Days" simply means the # of days as shown on the calendar, regardless of weekends, holidays, lunar eclipses, presidential debates etc...

...quarterly report or transition report on Form 10-Q, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence...
