To me it sounds like Karl stolen everything. The company itself, the trade secrets, the product (CANNOPHEN), and the investors investments. Sounds like a lot and so much that PAOG should have went after him in a big lawsuit, why didn't they? Why??? You all want to know Why paog didn't? Cuz Karl likely have more reasons and evidence to sue the PAOG and the Gangs that controlling it instead of the other way around. Did paog completed the investigation about who filed documents about merging with another company and released PR?
Have they released any info about that matter?
