The Florida Court made no statement on the Answer. The defense had no counsel to argue their AD since counsel left the case for reason of non-payment.

Response: If there was a 1% chance of succeeding with the AD the Bro’s would have gladly paid the fee rather then losing their cash cow. “ get them off with the death penalty” IOsario was given the heave ho because of incompetence. On a side note when new counsel steps in they send a take over letter to previous attorneys asking if there is any reason why they should not accept the case. Osario would have known before he started that non payment was the reason why the previous lawyers resigned. As a sole proprietor he was so desperate for work he took the case anyways. He got what he deserved for his shoddy work and so did the bro’s.

As for the gossip about the Bro's, Brazils Bankruptcy Court allows such evidence, if it truly existed. Seems BSF may have missed that boat.
