I honestly like the idea of trying your best to have everyone win, but from that standpoint it obviously makes a lot of sense for various reasons mentioned earlier...bit of a mixed bag, statistics show that majority of OTC stocks that perform RS fair poorly over the next year, but the most crucial element is the merging company. That’s the deciding factor—not all RS’s are bad. OTC investors are just conditioned to hate them bc usually it’s a dirty company doing a dilute, wash, rinse, repeat scheme. It appears to me that Lazar is merging actual businesses into these shells...again, it’s too early to tell now will have to wait and see.
