mkt_predictor...status of my position.....

Maybe it’s the poster Potse. Oddly enough, right after he posted the other week we started seeing large selling blocks on the ask and huge dumping.

I have not sold any of my position yet (5,491,622 shares at .00565 average). My general game plan here (subject to positive/negative developments, of course): trim some of my position around the 5-cent area; try to get at least ten cents on the bulk of my position.

I made the decision to swing-for-the-fence on this investment around mid-2019 or so when I ran across the archived websites for Epcylon.....

These sites and the transfer agent verification of the share count all provided "confirmation" to me that PRFC had regained full ownership of its trading/gaming technologies without dilution. The addition of Leonardo Cardoso and Michel Lebeuf to the management team in November further reinforced my decision to hold for higher prices.

Cardoso's connections in the financial world (both domestic and foreign), the possibility that PRFC already had/has institutional use of its fintech (Jameson Asset, James Lau), the geolocation-verification patents/tech that has applications in the growing sports betting industry (see the 5/24/2016 8-K), etc., are just some of the things I find interesting about this particular company.

The filings should be interesting. One thing I will be curious to see is if Debra Swain still has control of the Trust that holds the 97M block of shares and whether any of those shares have been sold yet. If I recall correctly, back around ten years or so ago the Trust had entered into a financial agreement to sell the entire block to a well-known, successful criminal defense attorney in Canada for somewhere around $28M. That financial transaction never got completed and the Trust regained control of that block of shares.

My guess/hunch is that at some point there will be movement of those shares. If that entire block (or large portions of it) gets transferred into the hands of large institutional or prominent individual investors, that is something that could trigger a pretty nice move in the share price. So I want to be heavily positioned ahead of that possibility.
