GRNF currently has a $132 million dollar valuation based on PR’s and social media promotion, and yet here we are 8 months later and GRNF still hasn’t filed any GRN Funds financial disclosures. Despite all the “news”, not a single 8-K, let alone a Super 8-K has been filed. Bulls have been saying, “Super 8-K dropping tomorrow” for months now, and still snake eyes, zero. All folks have now is the same “D&D is completed on XYZ Company”, but zero financial transparency on anything. When an entity is bid up to a $132 million dollar valuation with no financials to support the valuation, and still zero financials 8 months later, huge discounting can happen at anytime.
