My name is Robert, I'm a shareholder. Can we expect more transparency in 2020? Can we expect any work on that stop sign? Personally do you think their should be pay raises when sales are unknown to all of us?

We are working to get 10K filed asap. It has been a frustrating process this time and working to prevent delays in the future.

In regards to pay raises, I actually reduced my compensation and also, the executive team deferred all of their 2019 salaries, and continuing deferrals of 2020, with all unpaid compensation being paid in stock. Of which until the filing are complete we are not able to sell any stock as well. So we are just as motivated to get the stop sign removed.
