No, there was a initial pump when Costello lied about his education in a 8-K - that was in July 2019.

Then lied about his business acumen - he doesn't manage a Billion dollar hedge fund and he doesn't own a weed bank with deposits of over $500 million.

I thought you were going to post proof of the above but months later everyone is still waiting.
