There is this very foggy 'big picture' that is happening behind the scenes. If you look at SDVI and AZRH they are working in tandem. All the same people. My guess is they are saving their resources and going to do all reporting together with the same accountant, same lawyer, same transfer agent, and put everything out together right before the yearly taxes are due. But who really know at this point. Very frustrating to say the least
