With the PA SOS Pending Updates for PNNX...

I think it is important to make sure it is clearly understood the process for updating the info within the Pennsylvania Secretary of State (PA SOS). Like I had mentioned before... all Secretary of States (SOSs) do not have the same process for updating a company's info.

I previously posted a few months back that I called the PA SOS at (717) 787-1057 and pressed option #5 to get the information to confirm that PNNX was indeed in Active status.

Today I called to reconfirm what I had learned a few weeks ago regarding the process of updating any name change to their database. I was informed that there is a huge backlog of updates pending to take place. The lady I spoke to informed me that it could take at least a month before the name change is reflected. She informed me that the process is a little complicated. She said that the company does not coordinate with the PA SOS to get any name changes updated. She told me that the company goes through the Department of Revenues. Then the Department of Revenues make the update to the Department of State's database of which they have access. I'm guessing some kind of interface of databases. Then the change would be reflected.

I did confirm that PNNX did what all was required and had submitted the required updates to the PA Department of Revenues roughly around a month ago so we should be seeing the name change hopefully fairly soon within the Department of State database via PA SOS database.

OTC Markets and the SEC/FINRA have a vetting process that they take a company through before a company gets allowed to be listed Pink Current Information Status and to begin to file 8-Ks with the SEC. The regulatory authorities know that everything is fine with the company's PRs, 8-Ks, and with what has been submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenues and the PA SOS which is why they were granted the approval to be current and to continue filing 8-Ks with the SEC. More about this situation regarding PNNX was previously explained in the links below:
