We actually only paid 6 ish million because the stores were bought with .12 cent shares that are being valued at .26 cents. We got a deal. The shares will not likely be dumped until the price goes up. This did us a favour and gives an outlet in the Canadian market which no one else has because the neo exchange is rational. It is a good move that sets Halo up to have brand awareness in the only country that is legal in the world.
