Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here omolives, but here are a few different scenarios I've been looking into. I havent got a chance to dig into patent and sub licence experation dates yet so when I do I'm sure it will weed out some of my hypothesis.

1.) They are looking for a cash cow to dilute out on and sail off into the sunset with major $$$. I highly doubt this is the case or we would have already seen the share price adjust accordingly based off of setting record high share prices.

2.) They have developed a new patent or product that justifies coming out of the dark, filing the form 10, and becoming current so they can get necessary Capitol to develop said product. I'm not sure this is the case either or I would assume we would have had some news as such unless they are keeping it highly secret until the new patents have been registered.

So this leads me to what I speculate what might actually be going on. And this depends on when the expiration dates of the current patents and sub licenses are due to expire which I have not had a chance to look into yet.

3.) Someone is interested in purchasing 1 or more of the current patents that they hold.

4.) Someone is interested in purchasing the company as a whole or as a joint venture.

Or

5.) They have a change of ownership and/or intent to start selling product again. Given past sales I tend to hope that this is not the case unless they have restructured and developed a new marketing and sales platform. I know they were ahead of their time and economic factors played a huge role in limiting sales in the past but unless they come to market with something extraordinary I dont see this as a viable option.
