Took a starter position in CUBV on-the-dip today.

Read some interesting things on the iHub board recently:

The old owners are being convicted of stock fraud supposedly, but it is all being taken over and cleaned up by a new group of people.

It is a reverse merger with no plans of an RS, but does plan to reduce authorized shares and will likely return a significant number of common shares to treasury. Details are supposed to be released later today 2/19.
