The monetary portion comes with a guilty verdict, that's just the cherry on top of this story which will cause the stock price to go up. The settlement value will determine the share value which will most certainly be great than 100+ more likely 500+, again the settlement will place a value on the company which will represent the value of the outstanding shares.
