If there is a 'joint award' with unworthy OAR getting yet another contract along with Tempus/TriStar getting a contract, you should see Tempus blow through the $1s and into $2s. The 'fear of another protest' is the only thing holding it back now IMO. Once bitten twice shy.
Anyway, even after todays small pop everyone knows that the current TMPS market cap is a joke with the contracts/debt they currently have.
A significant award FOR Tempus and Omega would likely nuke all fear of another insane protest period.
Many seem to forget that Tempus only has 26m shares and just under 9m float so at $2, still only a market cap value of $52m.
Definitely NOT out of the question with another 5 year contract of $120m or more. In fact, $2 would be conservative IMO.
