What has Morgan accomplished?

From the press release it states:

"Mr. Morgan commented, "Reorganizing the company as Onyx Group Holdings gives us the flexibility we need to invest in high growth, cannabinoid-focused opportunities to maximize shareholder value."

I have never seen a OTCM that has done very well - there might be some but all I have seen use a holding company so they can throw all of the pumping nonsense against the wall to see if anything sticks.

I noticed Morgan keeps referring to himself as some kind of mogul - real estate - weed....

Looks like investors are being setup for another pump and dump - merger, company changes name, Peterson still using the company as his personal ATM. The Peterson pump was over and he is passing it along.

The Reg S-X should be interesting as there should be 2 years of audited financials from OneQor.

We will see if there is a mogul or just more hype - I am researching another OTCM weed company claims to be a Billionaire but in 2014 he was a failed Limo driver and lives in a double wide mobile home (according his arrest report) - so for Morgan it is show me, don't tell me.
