Debtors can't force a liquidation (bankruptcy) until the debt isn't being services, it seems that, for now, GNUS is making payments.

And, in a liquidation, GNUS does have assets. GNUS's license for Llama Llama, the two seasons of the animated series as well as the potential royalties from merchandising, same with Rainbow Rangers. (except GNUS owns RR), GNUS also owns the animated series Warren Buffett's Secret Millionaires Club, and Thomas Edison's Secret Lab. The animated series costs about $200,000 per half hour, seems like plenty of assets.

Despite the low cash position at the end of 2019, the company is still operating, so revenue must be coming from somewhere ( somewhere that an 8K doesn't need to be filed).

I'm cautiously optimistic.
