Sorry, but Dennis Schaechter is not listed in any SEC filings on Edgar that show him currently owning 5% erhe. Actually only 1 person appears to have followed an investing strategy of averaging down on erhe all the way from split-adjusted $98.90 to present price near zero, thereby according to SEC form 3, accumulating almost 400 million erhe shares in the process and according to EDGAR stands alone as the only 5% or more ehre shareholder. According to SEC Form 3, that would be a Mr. dickran.
