Read the PR it clearly states:

"TAMPA, Fla., Feb. 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — SPO Global, Inc. (OTC Markets: SPOM) (the “Company”), is excited to announce the company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Gerpang Healthcare Group (“Gerpang”) of Shandong, China."

The pumping are such idiots they don't understand how a reverse merger works - the public company doesn't acquire the private company and SPOM doesn't have any assets or access to capital.

Since SPOM doesn't file with the SEC - they can put any BS in a press release - but many pinkys have been suspended for issuing false and misleading information in a press release.

It is amazing anyone would believe this pumping nonsense.
