Your confusing emotional investing with intelligent investing. I don’t get emotional about investments. I do however make sound judgements and decisions based on facts and probabilities of the entire picture, not one material event. You’re saying don’t speculate, while you’re speculating. We all speculate to some degree, but I’m not getting into the weeds on each individual material event, before I know the circumstances surrounding it. I don’t see this note as positive or negative until, I know the facts surrounding it. Are the terms great, no. Do we know the circumstances surrounding the loan, no. 50/50 is the probability that this event positive or negative. And my point to the previous post is that Anshu has always done right by shareholders and the company to the best that he can, IMO. He hasn’t given me any reason to automatically assume the worst as you do. In any case, I’m not making a buy/sell/hold decision based on this 1 event. The entire picture is in play and it’s looking good!!!

It’s fine to seek answers to questions, that’s what intelligent investors do. If I have a question about something I seek an answer from the company or my own DD and understanding. 99 times out of 100, that answer is not coming via IHUB, no offense to anyone here. I’m also not posting here, telling everyone what to do. My investment is my investment and yours is yours. Make your own decision and that goes for everyone reading this!
