FAKE NEWS: Failures, Closure, zombie
Let's address the most recent FAKE NEWS regarding failures, closures and zombies.
1) Clinical trials - It's obvious that it takes a ton of funding to run FDA human trials. Its no surprise to investors that the company has not. This is due to the interference of the former CEO which is about to be concluded. No investor is putting money into a company when there is an overhang of invol bankruptcy. Luckily due to the incompetence of those who brought the invol bk, that is changing. The company has since raised money and continues to do so in preparation for relaunching the trials. In the meantime, the company has chosen to advance its pre-clinical programs instead. A much cheaper undertaking as it only involves animal trials and bench research. This has resulted in additional patents, increasing the overall portfolio value of Venturis Therapeutics.
2) Solvency. This is just false. Judge Spraker dismissed the involuntary bankruptcy. Regardless of what anyone thinks they heard, the reality is that Venturis Therapeutics is no longer under the threat of invol bk. DISMISSED. Additionally, VT will be awarded punitive damages and court costs adding assets to their balance sheet. Thanks Dan and John!
3) Revolving Door - A company that is short on funds will use consultants. The one or two folks that have left were just that. The key team members are still there...Wallen, Gordon, Sherman, Flaa, Gustavason etc. These are the people that matter as they will source the funding and continue the pre-clinical programs. Until there is an announcement that VT has raised enough money for a P2 or P3 human trial, having expensive full time executive staff is a waste of precious resources. Luckily all of that should be changing soon.
4) Victories of Wallen in court. This is what he does. His recent court victory brings it to Wallen 6, Dan 0 so I expect him to be victorious in any matters that involve his other business ventures. Regardless, Wallen's personal court matters do not impact VT, just as Dan's did not impact cvbt. MORE FAKE NEWS
5) zombie - Totally false. Venturis is actively raising funds. It is actively defending itself in court and pursuing those that seek to delay and due hard to Venturis Therapeutics. Venturis is actively seeking and has been granted new patents and other pre-clinical programs increasing the value of Venturis Therapeutics. This does not sound like a zombie to me. MORE FAKE NEWS.
I encourage everyone revisit message 1640 in "a matter of weeks to months" to see how credible this prediction turns out to be. My guess is you will be laughing at that prediction, just as I am now. If I had the energy to look, you will find that previous prediction have all failed to come true so it will be no surprise that this one will too.
