Anshu is a sharp business mind and has been able to accomplish all of this in a years time. He’s earned my trust and, at the very least, he’s earned the benefit of the doubt, until proven otherwise. I am in no place to judge the decision of this note with zero info, other than note terms, and neither is anyone else.

Verus is growing and needs funds for quick developing opportunities. We can make quick arrangements to get cash on hand to deliver, add it to a backlog and wait for financing, or miss the opportunity. The only one that makes sense is Option #1, and anyone with any business understanding, knows this. Anshu and the team have accomplished more in a year than most companies can in 10. He delivers when opportunities present themselves. All we do is make assumptions when we don’t have all the facts. Verus only PR’s major news, this note and the others could very well be paid off already, but again, all we can do is speculate without facts. So we either put our trust in management, or we don’t.
