Bill would probably be pissed if he saw this.

Bill: Don't know about the trading for real... the product however is about to come back online... the inventor is 82 and has a back issue and his son thay ran the company, had a car wreck a little over a year ago and still suffers some brain damage... they want me to take over administration of the company and marketing... we're negotiating now.

Me: Could this be considered insider information and we could get in trouble?

Bill: Nope cause it will be in the private company until there is some sort of merger somewhere in the future... but keep it to yourself

Bill: Will announce dealer listing next few months Xcelplus (non public entity)

Me: Ok. Not sure what that means - what happens to all the XLPI shares if it becomes a non public entity? They all get bought? If so that could explain the sudden trading of shares by people unknown.

Me: If that is right, than someone who knew you were negotiating (and without your knowledge) probably decided to take action. Hmmm. Interesting.

Bill: Nope in control of when a merger or if a merger happens... can't say again sobdibe guessing as I'm quite busy painting a bathroom and such... sorry I have no information to pass along
