This just in…Negotiations between Lumb, Lowenthal, Blom and Blom, Lumb and Lowenthal have become extremely heated as to what should become of the investment in GNCP, a Lumb, Lowenthal , Blom thinly traded non-reporting pink sheet shell. Lumb could be heard telling Lumb of PDIV to shit or get off the pot and make an offer, to which Lumb replied “go fornicate with a zoo animal”. Lumb and Lumb went at it for hours with fist-a-cuffs nearly causing a complete melt-down in negotiations. Luckily, Lowenthal’s close relationship with Lowenthal allowed the two, or one, or err, not sure, to arrive at an amenable conditional release of the previously negotiated intent to acquire GNCP. Blom’s similar congenial relationship with Blom that have caused some to speculate is a little too close that the dreaded appearance of a conflict of interest could not be reasonably put to rest, were able to remain calm during the negations despite the contentious Lumb/Lumb bruhaha. While an agreement was finally reached to abandon the deal to acquire itself, Lumb still holds quite a bit of vitriol toward the shifty dealings of Lumb who has a reputation of engaging in less than transparent activities with many a lighter than air entity. The two, or one or err, not sure have nevertheless come to the agreement that the two, or one, or err, not sure should simply agree to disagree.
